Plenary Sessions
There are three plenary sessions. Each presenting group – ACSBE, NICENT
Université Laval - and has one hour in which to provide an overview of
the essentials of their program with identified critical success
factors, implementation strategies, and projected and achieved outcomes.
These presentations will provide sufficient background and strategic
details to form the basis for further deliberation for the small group
task described below.
Small Working Group Analysis
Small teams will be created and asked to analyze and synergize the three
presentations, the ancillary resources provided, and their own
experiences and orientations in order to design a “best practices” model
for the integration of entrepreneurship across the entirety of the post
secondary experience. Each team (the size and composition will depend on
the number of participants) will then be required to make presentations
to the larger colloquium.
Teams will have 31/2 hours of dedicated time over two days to reflect,
analyze and then design their own best practices presentation. Teams
will be provided with key questions that will focus their analysis and
achieve a degree of standardized reporting format. During this time each
of the plenary presenters will roam and provide clarity and input into
the various groups’ deliberations.
Small Group Presentations:
On Saturday morning the teams will present the results of their
deliberation to the colloquium. We expect 5-6 presentations, each of 15
minutes in length.
Presentation to ICSB World Conference (June 22-25)
We have reserved a workshop space at the ICSB World Conference in
Halifax directly following the colloquium to report on the results of
the deliberations of the colloquium. Anyone also attending the ICSB
Conference will be invited to be part of this workshop and continue the
discussion regarding strategic integration of entrepreneurship education
at that forum.
